The pool area was certainly appealing. The pool surroundings were beautiful. I found the staff i encountered to be helpful. The location proved convenient for nearby attractions.
Elevators were not working well. The wait times for them were considerable. The room size was smaller than I anticipated. No stairs were available, unfortunately.

the location was superb, i enjoyed immediate access to many attractions. i found the staff helpful, they provided prompt and courteous service throughout my visit. the historic charm of the hotel created a unique and nice atmosphere.

i found the staff amazing. they took great care of us right from when we walked in the door until we left. falcon at the front desk was friendly at check-in. the pool scene was also great.
the car park is valet only, at a hefty price per night. i also saw that people were queuing to collect their cars in the morning. the rooms felt a bit shabby and dated.
